SHINO Masao has thirteen years of experience in the development field. Currently at JICA, he manages projects in the Transport, Urban planning, Health, Agriculture, Water etc. as Senior Representative of JICA Egypt office. Prior to this position, he leads the formulation, monitoring and evaluation of technical cooperation and grant aid projects in the ICT and broadcasting field at JICA HQs. Moreover, he worked as an infrastructure development country manager at the JICA South Africa office. Previously, he worked as a network engineer at a telecommunication company. He completed a Master of Science in Infrastructure, Investment and Finance at University College London in 2016 and a Master of Agriculture from the Graduate School of Science and Technology, Kobe University, Japan, in 2004.
